Phone: 585-935-5300 ext. 106 Jean is manager of Operations and Client Service at High Falls Advisors. She has been in the financial services industry for almost 20 years and came to us from a local broker-dealer in 2003, where she accumulated a broad range of valuable experience. In addition to overseeing the Operations and Client Service Team, she assists our Compliance Team by helping to ensure our Advisors and Client Service Associates comply with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. She also supports the firm in areas of Information Technology and Human Resources. She currently holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
