Favorite Food
Southern Fried Chicken, which I make (rarely, due to the calories!) exactly the same as previous generations of cooks in my family down south—with lots of mashed potatoes and gravy. We end the meal with iced tea (year round), and one of our favorite pies (pecan, chess or apple). It makes for a perfect Sunday with the family!

What I Do When I Am Not Working
My husband and I retreat to our cottage on Keuka Lake as often as possible. Spending time there has become a real attraction for our two children and three grandchildren, who all live in New Jersey. There is nothing better than seeing them engage in the water activities they have grown to love, like fishing, swimming, waterskiing, boating and picnicking, or just relaxing under the trees, playing games or reading. It is the best!!
